. You've probably heard the classic statement: "If you want to know how and why anything happens on planet Earth, all you have to do is follow the money trail." Well, the outlawing of marijuana and the maintaining of its prohibition give us a perfect representation of the above quote. Marijuana became illegal because several super-wealthy and politically powerful men wanted it illegal. . |

. Marijuana became illegal because several super-wealthy and politically powerful men wanted it illegal. Newspaper Tycoon Randolph Hurst had considerable money invested in forest land where he was growing trees to cut for pulp to make paper for his newspapers. Hemp was a significant competitor to wood for making paper. Hearst used his newspapers to spread lies about marijuana. Multi-millionaire, Lamont DuPont didn't want hemp dramatically reducing the need for his railroads and he didn't want hemp products competing with his chemical company. Commissioner of the Federal Bureau of Narcotics, Harry Anslinger needed enhance his power and prestige. Together, Hearst, DuPont, Anslinger, and a few others orchestrated its illegality. In 1937, marijuana was outlawed. This was at the height of the Great Depression. Why was it outlawed? Because of the obsession a few wealthy and powerful men had for making more money. Their addiction to making money, resulted in hundreds of thousands of American farmers losing their only cash crop. This in one more example of an American. business tycoons using unbridled capitalism to gain a few more dollars and in the process creating havoc and destruction for millions of people. Hurst and DuPont already had more money than they could spend in a dozen lifetimes. Then why, in spite of his immense wealth, were they obsessed with making more money? When we compare his behavior with people today who are also obsessed with making more money, we ask this question: Were they dopamine addicts? We don't really know. We do know that they expressed the behavior of a dopamine addicts. (i.e. Me first. Me only. Nothing else and nobody else matters.) Our intention here is not to badmouth Hearst or DuPont or anybody else. Rather, our goal is to get the world to recognize that a plain and simple adjustment in the corporate business structure can and will prevent future corporate CEOs from taking major destructive actions.
We are seeking an existing corporation to demonstrate this new
structure. For an overview of the easy-to implement

The quotes below are from: The Truth About Marijuana Written by peter Nov 27 1995 We recommend that you visit the site and read the entire article. There's much more than the quotes below, which are about outlawing mkarijuana. http://www.erowid.org/plants/cannabis/cannabis_culture11.shtml "The actual story behind the legislature passed against marijuana is quite surprising. According to Jack Herer, author of The Emperor Wears No Clothes and an expert on the "hemp conspiracy," the acts bringing about the demise of hemp were part of a large conspiracy involving DuPont, Harry J. Anslinger, commissioner of the Federal Bureau of Narcotics, and many other influential industrial leaders such as William Randolph Hearst and Andrew Mellon." ... "DuPont's involvement in the anti-hemp campaign can also be explained with great ease. At this time, DuPont was patenting a new sulfuric acid process for producing wood-pulp paper. "According to the company's own records, wood-pulp products ultimately accounted for more than 80% of all DuPont's railroad car loadings for the next 50 years" (ibid). ... "DuPont's point man was none other than Harry Anslinger...who was appointed to the FBN by Treasury Secretary Andrew Mellon, who was also chairman of the Mellon Bank, DuPont's chief financial backer. Anslinger's relationship to Mellon wasn't just political, he was also married to Mellon's niece" (Hartsell). It doesn't take much to draw a connection between DuPont, Anslinger, and Mellon, and it's obvious that all of these groups, including Hearst, had strong motivation to prevent the growth of the hemp industry."
The quotes below are from: Marijuana Timeline We recommend that you visit the site and read the entire article. http://www.a1b2c3.com/drugs/mj004.htm "1936 - 1938: William Randolph Hearst's newspaper empire fuels a tabloid journalism propaganda campaign against marijuana. Articles with headlines such as Marihuana Makes Fiends of Boys in 30 Days; Hasheesh Goads Users to Blood-Lust create terror of the killer weed from Mexico." "Through his relentless misinformation campaign, Hearst is credited with bringing the word marijuana into the English language. In addition to fueling racist attitudes toward Hispanics, Hearst papers run articles about marijuana-crazed negroes raping white women and playing voodoo-satanic jazz music." "Driven insane by marijuana, these blacks -- according to accounts in Hearst-owned newspapers -- dared to step on white men's shadows, look white people directly in the eye for more than three seconds, and even laugh out loud at white people. For shame!"
The quotes below are from: The True Story of Hemp We recommend that you visit the site and read the entire article. http://www.viperrecords.com/newprohibition/truestory.shtml " William Randolph Hearst had accumulated a chain of newspapers that made him the most influential man in America. He also owned vast timber holdings which fed the paper industry. Lammont Du Pont was his friend and supplied toxic chemicals which were needed for making paper. He was also the spearhead for a fledgling petrochemical industry. Both men stood to loose large if hemp turned the industrial revolution corner, which it looked like it was about to do with the invention of the "decorticator", a far superior machine to Jefferson's hemp break. With this new invention, it appeared that hemp could now be processed quickly enough to be used for paper and plywood instead of trees, and the petrochemical industry was and embarrassment considering you can make the same five hundred biodegradable products from hemp. This was not good news for Mr. Hearst or Mr. Dupont. Henry Ford had already made and fueled a car almost entirely from hemp, and it actually looked as if hemp had the capacity to affect Hearst and DuPont's bottom line.Hearst ordered all his editors to write scathing stories about marijuana to which they replied, "What's that?" Hearst made the word up because he knew no one would believe scathing stories about hemp. The articles all denigrated Mexicans, African Americans, Jazz Musicians, and the city of New Orleans, suggesting that marijuana use would certainly lead to crime, insanity, and early violent death. After a few years of this bombardment, the country was primed for the marijuana tax act of 1937. The marijuana tax act was sent through the good old boys network with help from Hearst and DuPont allies until it was signed into law by President Roosevelt on August 2, 1937. A slam dunk for the corporate giants, and a great lose for America."
There are dozens of excellent websites on the Internet about hemp, marijuana, and how they have been manipulated by the wealthy and the powerful and at the expense of everything and everyone else.
The bottom line is that we can end this kind of
profits at any price behavior with a simple, easy-to implement
change in corporate management structure. Readers are directed to: . |

We're
demonstrating our proposals by

Our for-profit corporation will be based on The New Corporate World Foundation's Win-Win Business Structure -- a structure in which corporate employees, corporate customers, and the environment hold equal priority with making a profit. Corporate focus is on the production and use of hemp.
Hemp is
an ignored gold mine.
Why? Because when it
is allowed to freely flourish,
it will become a multi-billion
dollar industry. For
example, hemp will replace trees
as a source of fiber for paper,
it's medical benefits are
profound, and as plastic for
auto bodies, its strength and
damage resistance will save
billions of dollars in auto
repairs.
We are creating a
medical-marijuana,
access-assistance foundation.
The Mari-Med Foundation
will provide funding and access
to medical marijuana for those
in need who cannot, by
themselves, afford to pay for
the products and services.
The Foundation will own
controlling interest in
our for-profit corporation so
that the majority of the
corporate profits will go to the
Foundation. Do You need a Job? You are invited to examine our websites and determine if you'd like to join the development teams for either our non-profit foundation or our profit-oriented corporation. If you find the prospect of joining our team intriguing, please go to our website; and then contact us.
